Here’s a video by RSA Animate showing us what motivates people in the workplace aside from monetary or material gain.
I think the video hits it on the head when discussing these factors. And I think that it holds true that no matter how one seem to really enjoy money (we all do!), we still all need to have these intangibles to survive the daily grind in the workplace.
